Building Automation and Temperature Controls

There are 4 different training courses available to attend at this time.  See below for details.  If you would like to attend one of these classes, you MUST contact Solidyne Technical Support by calling 847-394-3333 x312 and reserve your seat.  You also must be a registered dealer to sign up.  We do NOT train end users, only our direct customers.

 

 

The M2 Control System 101 (2 day class)

This class covers everything that you would need to know about the M2 control system. It covers hardware installation of M2 Universal, M2V VAV and M2D controllers and peripherals to utilizing the ICMS software to program and commission these systems. This is a hands on class and a majority of the class will be ICMS programming instruction. If you are a new dealer, this is the class to attend.

The SAM Control System 101 (2 day class)

This class covers everything that you would need to know about the new SAM WIFI and BACNET/IP control system.  It will cover installation of the SAM-8, SAM-15, SAM-25 & SAM-V.  It will also cover programming with Niagara and Open Source programming tools such as SAE editor.  Integration into Niagara and other BACNET systems also covered in depth.

 

M2-BACNet (1/2 day class)

This class covers all aspects of the M2-BACNet controllers and how they integrate with the Niagara BACNet/MSTP driver.  Other advanced features of the M2-BACNet controllers will be discussed.

 

Niagara M2/IZAC Driver (1/2 day class)

This class covers all aspects of the Niagara M2/IZAC driver including installation, configuration, simple webpage creation, alarms and datalogs.  Niagara Certification is recommended but not required.

 

Sedona 101 (1 day class)

The Sedona 101 class will cover all of Solidyne's latest Sedona and Bacnet products but mainly focusing on the PNT1.  Learn how to integrate the PNT1 into your existing M2 and IZAC systems.  Learn how to discover points in Niagara via Sedona and/or BACNET.  Learn all of the features and functions of the PNT1 and it's iPhone/Android application.

 

All classes begin at 9:00am CST and end at 4:00pm CST and costs are per person.  All computer equipment will be provided but attending with your own laptop is recommended.
